Nobody has a clue what these carvings were used for. Was it beer or blood. Lol archeologists favorite go to is human sacrifice or temples for burial. Tho no nodes were ever found there. Ps the structures are far far far older than the Inca civilization

We also have immigrants from Italy, China and Japan, The black slaves made delicious desserts while being captivated and the combination, besides hardworking people working our lands, and much more make Peruvian Cuisine what is now. Also, we do not have influence from North Americans neither.

City that you can find everything you want... absolutely everything! It's not that expensive as other Latin american cities... There are thousands of thing to do and see in Lima city or surrounding. Or near to Lima, you can go to Ica and visit paracas, vineyards, deserts with oasis as Huacachina and Nazca's lines... the little north with lovely beaches or the highland of Lima that It have beautiful views, some lakes and even snow... All Peru is just beautiful.

Lima's only a desert in the sense that a scientist would use. It's quite lush and damn near the most human place I've ever been. But very, very beautiful for a city of its size. No match for Cuzco though, which gives Quebec a run for its money in the most beautiful city in the Americas title.
