#1 is wrong. Straight lines are two dimensional and by stacking two of the coins, you remove one of them from the same plain as two of the end coins.

How I win is that I go to the middle square, then the other player (computer) goes to the side squares. Then I go to the bottom-right corner and the computer blocks me. So, then I go to the side square around the X's to make an L-shape and the computer blocks me. But I won because when I made an L-shape, there were two ways I can win

If you start in the center of tic tac toe you will always have a draw or a win unless you accidentally forget how to play which embarrassingly I actually did before sometimes where I forgot what strategy was
