So interesting to hear about the science of graying. I turned 70 in the last 2 weeks and quit coloring my hair with permanent dyes years ago. I purchased some vitamins that were supposed to help with hair growth. I found my hair thicker and although I have some gray, it is less than my siblings. Thank you for shating.

Where are the recipes

The box that was perfect for me and made me join FFF was the Fall 2021 box with the Golden Rabbit Dutch Oven, the UC board and canisters, the blanket, the frying pan...it was all soooo good.

I joined in Spring 2019 but I can honestly say that every single Fall box always ends up being my favorite box of the year! So so so so so so excited for this box….though my debit card is not 😅 the choices are all too good, I want everything 🥲

😂. I joined in 2016 too! I adored that box. I never noticed “mutmeg “ and I used that pallet every day! I kept the packaging because I traveled a lot and wanted to keep it from breaking! It was great eyeshadow!🙊😂😂😂
