The way I stopped the passenger side floor leak is before you install the cowl clips put some sealing silicone (NOT Adhesive silicone) on the clips then install them, and once installed put silicone on/over the clips. This way you won't have any leaks and you won't have to cover the hole for the fresh air intake.

The seal for the half shaft side is that the correct part number for a cable transmission or only works for hydro transmission like you mentioned in the video?

Hey at 8:32 you do a little shake of the exhaust over your sway bar. Do you have a rattle/knocking noise from back there when you go into gear and your car isn't moving?
