Hello. Minute 1:35 you wrote down 240Hz, but I think should have been 320Hz.
yes. you are right. all the said explanations are correct except that.
Hi, thank you for such a great explanation and clear concepts. Just one question, I downloaded the excel file but it seems that it is different than the one you show in the video and T value is set to the range between 0 - 0.5, also the "straight horn" sheet is not available. Thank you in advance.
Thank you. Watch the next videos to use the Excel file, please.
In a Book i read, That this Is a Good way to get a First idea of the values for C and L but since impedance doesnt Stay at 8ohm its trial and error From there on.
RC network gives you a constant impedance.
Can i use LINE IN input instead of mic input!? since my mic input is MONO in my desktop motherboard
yes. It is possible to use line-in. stay tuned for more videos.
Very cool! Thanks!
Thanks for watching
Thank you~!!!!!
You're welcome!!
Thanks for your educational content! I have a question tho. Isnt all that just partly right, since the driver is an impedance changing over frequency?
We need another filter to create a constant impedance.
seems kinda AI generated, but still helpful! 3:25 seems to be a little off when the 'voice' goes: "Note that do these steps for any driver...", Which doesn't make any grammatical sense. It could just be text to speech with some mistakes. Again, this is a helpful video that gets to the point, but seems a little fishy. Still, thanks for the quick help! 👍
NO. Not AI-generated. I just use the AI voice. The video has been made frame by frame.
Hello, very nice video. Thank you
@@youcefbouheraoua6160 thanks for watching
As always, interesting

hello, can you please tell me where you got this song made? I would appreciate it

when will you make a tutorial about Dutch & Dutch 8c speakers?
Stay tuned. I'll make that.
Cool that would be awesome 👍
can you recommend a soundcard for my laptop. its the asus tuff f15 model 2024
Just search it on youtube. There are many videos about it.
I will try I wonder if possible Audyssey Microphone ?
@@Ac-cj8pe Not bad and You can try it to learn how to measure. I'll make a video about making a DIY calibration microphone.
@@Diy_enjoyment I hope your new video will not take so long
Hi I’m from Thailand, thanks for your video
Hi bro. Thanks for watching!
Hi, which Video do I should start to watch?
Hi. If you don't have any background i suggest you watch this : czcams.com/video/IHiN6M2js6s/video.html

Thanks for your comment. The download link has been updated.
Hello, thx for the tuto ! I have a question, there is no Baffle parameters on my screen, i think its a New soft version, so i don't know how to do this ...
My Akabak version is 3.1.9.104 and there is no problem.
Hi, i'm very interested in the videos. Such a good job! But i can't download the excel file, it says that it is in the thrash, it can be possible to get acces to it? thanks!
Thank you for informing me. The new download link is available now. I suggest you watch my new videos to use the file correctly. drive.google.com/file/d/1UdFwHxjOx6WOrE2ucw8cQ3qt_VBfl99u/view?usp=sharing
Absolutely amazing. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
What is the part where you set the port impedance, and you set it to be damping 0.1?
It corresponds to the damping materials that we use in in reality. All the "inner" walls have been damped in this tutorial. it includes the inner walls of the port.

Yes
FIRE!
Love this series! Just a question, why are you using the AI voice? Waiting for the next update 😁
thank you. I use AI voice because of clarity but everything has been made frame by frame and My videos are not based on AI content.
@@Diy_enjoyment I can tell! The videos are really helpful to a beginner trying to learn akabak! Please continue the series there are no akabak tutorials as useful as this for horns😁
There are many Akabak videos in my channel. Watch them if you like.
@@Diy_enjoyment i would prefer to less clear human voice to an ai voice. just put subtitles if you're worried people won't understand. In my opinion, the AI voice makes it sound unprofessional even though it clearly isn't watching this video.
go and record yourself talking on subject with no fuck-ups and clear, understandable audio (hard mode - not in your native language)...you'll quickly understand why "AI" voice is the choice of so many...
Bro make a video how to calculate L Pad value for tweeter 😮
Thankyou
You’re welcome 😊
thank you for your explanation
Glad it was helpful!
Hi, can you talk more about horn coverage angles? Seems like only the Oblate excel formula can pre-determine the coverage angle, what about other horns?
I'll try to do it with more explanation on googlesheet.
@@Diy_enjoyment Much appreciated, thank you
I really enjoy your videos, could you make a video with dual drivers (HF/LF) as seen in the video photo?
Thank you. Yes. I'll do it soon.
I'm not getting the same excel calculation results for "Radius (M), would you mind sharing the formula
Hey. The formula to get the "radius" is to divide the "Growing" values in every step by Pi then take a square root: (growing/pi)^0.5
@@Diy_enjoyment Thank you for your reply =) Does Krm value imply on all the horn designs, for better determining the horn size/cut-off frequency? thanks
noooooo cliffhanger!, thanks alot for sharing all this information! it's soooo hard to find anywhere! when is the next episode out? do you do private msg tutoring?
Thank you for your comment. sorry. I don't have enough time to teach but if you want to design your own speaker i can help you.I can do crossover design, enclosure design,Etc.
Excellent video. I have done some playing in Hornresp, the nulls can be tamed tweaking the daming lining, usually 100% is to much, had no idea the chamber was so useful. The rear and front chamber have the same effect? Thanks for the link to the sound absorbing materials.
Hey, nice Tutorial but in my opinion the mesh is way to large, especially for 20kHz. Best regards from Germany David
Thank you. You are right but very small size of mesh makes the calculation very slow.
Nice work and explanation sir👌👌
Thanks
Good to learn from you about the horn speakers, please more
Thank you. Stay tuned.
Does it still work if I use output at hdmi to measure and eq my home AV receiver?
you can connect the HDMI sound to the speakers, measure it then calibrate it.

amazzing thanks so much
You're welcome.thanks for watching.
You don’t need an anechoic chamber to make your own measurements. REW allows you to gate out all of the reflections giving you a quasi anechoic response from 200hz up. That’s where you start, with your own gated measurements on your baffle and go from there.
Gated measurement is a very good method. But in a small room, it will not be very accurate. Of course, I will definitely include it in my tutorials.
Thank you
You're welcome
