They have done a good job with the crays to be fair. Last time I was there they were everywhere but this time barely seen them. Only had one bait all week that had any sign of Cray activity.

Yeah there plenty of empty swims at Crete mate as well. Been looking at dreamlakes, might give there ago next.

@@fishingwithgerald me and 5 mates fished lake 3 start of August and smashed it apart that marker/bag that was in the tree you was fishing to my brother put there lol had 2 40s off that spot and the swim you mate had the 60 from my mate had 2 40s we riped the lake apart beetween us

@@grahameread3201 you don't have to always be on the move. Where I only get a couple of hours I like to make the most of them by moving around. Bait boats are banned unfortunately.

Welcome to the channel mate. Depends on what you are looking for. Terrapin and gold are days only so if you're just doing a day session give them ago. If you're doing a 24hr start on masons or basils and then once comfortable fishing those move on to the tricky lakes Steve's lake and long lake for the big girls. Yes mate I'll definitely get on there at some point. Where I'm only doing short sessions at the minute it's hard to fish long. I feel like long lakes needs at least a 24he session so when I've got a couple of days off spare I'll get back on there.

I think the biggest in there is just below the 20 mark at the minute. Yeah they sold the land and used the money to improve stock levels and the fishery. Still plenty of work to be done but steps in the right direction.
