My Daughter Evelyn and I flew our PA30 Twin Comanche into the 2022 Old Station Fly-in and Heritage show. Was an amazing weekend, highly recommended! The airshow was fantastic, too much to add to the video so it's more about the arrival and a brief look around. Hope you enjoy.

Hey guys, when the Northern NSW floods hit, we just thought we'd fly a couple plane loads of fresh water down during the height of the flood, so people had something clean to drink. Little did we know that it would grow into such a big operation. That’s a nice B model Twin Commanche…I grew up in a 1966 B (same as this one) which is still flying around in Australia …. have plenty of time in them. Re the rego..I’d change it… its a bit of a tongue twister to say quickly

The engine nacelles on the on the Twin-Comanche look like a 'C' model. Love the look - keep the registration as the Twin-C IS one sexy looking aircraft! <grin>

Going to cost a motza for fuel and maint...fast though to get anywhere
Nah....there only little 4 pot Lycoming 160 HP donks. Yes maintenance will be higher than for a single obviously but the Twin Can is a very economical cruiser when set up properly.

Quentin Carter not sure which one you’re referring to but we don’t have a rock picker. We’re an irrigation farm, so precision row crops.

Thanks for the informative video. I do have a question though. Do the flight instructors today still teach students to use power on approach to final? I was alaway taught to gain enough altitude on downwind to be able to make the runway without using power, just in case you iced up on base or final.Just curious. Rick
Looks like that thing will climb out with authority. I hear good things from all that have flown one. Seriously considering buying one of these. Hope to get a closer look at one this year at Sun n Fun.
