Wider board is good, to be honest didn't feel massively different as nose and tail are same as my 8.25 but the wider middle deffo helped with the rock and rolls!! I was very impressed with the ace trucks though 😁 Yeah I can't imagine anybody getting anything on that spine, it's just unskateable

Thanks Simon! I enjoyed the men at work thing, even though it was just an Ollie that's my favourite kind of skating, just getting creative and jumping over things! 2nd park is a horror show 😫 luckily they don't make em like they used to!

Yeah a lot of the older parks in the UK are Tarmac floor and metal ramps. The obstacles here are so dangerous, clearly built by an amateur and are an insult to skateboarding 😔

@@Ungracefulmovement Thanks mate I've been trying hard with both so it means a lot 😆 I haven't dedicated too much time to transition skating in the past because it scared me but I'm starting to get the feel for it now 😎

It's a nice height and it doesn't go mega steep like most of them at these sort of parks. If the spine wasnt there and it was a simple mini it would be perfect for me! Worth a visit but the park itself is small and looks like a sketch area 😆

Thanks for checking out the video! I agree, I started on a 7.75 and used to get on OK, have rode 8.25 for a while now but tried the 10 and wow! I just ordered a 9.25 so my next video I should be riding that 😂

Thanks man! That crack just jumped out at me! Pavillion is a weird one, it would be such a great spot if it wasn't for the bumpy tiles but I turned it into a challenge. I was surprised how well my 58mm Dragons rolled over them though! I just ordered a Heroin Egg deck and Ace Trucks so hopefully will be skating them in next weeks video!

I thought the same about those tiles so I tested landing on them and rolling over them a few times, the 58mm Dragons ate them up!

Haha yeah there's a few no skateboarding signs around me so I've been dying to get a clip of me 'breaking the rules' 😄 I agree with the steeper tail, I skate 58mm wheels with risers. it just takes an age to get the pop so can be difficult to time or get a quick snap if you need it

@fenfilms Oh sweet! Yeah I skate there sometimes on a saturday, the curved ledges outside Parr Hall would be awesome for a better skater! I sometimes skate the bit of flat by the bowling green at bank park. We will cross paths at some point 😄

Oh and sorry the metal ramp is crow wood park on the way to Widnes. It is un-skateable, even without the rubble there but the brand new pavilion was a nice find just a shame about the accessible tile things they put all around it

@@Ungracefulmovement The plan is to show all levels, but naturally the more experienced skaters are the ones that have had the confidence to send in so far. There are deffo things you did in this weeks that stand up but the dream is for subscribers to send in if they just learned to stand on the board for the first time, to show that it's just as big an achievement as all the other clips

It's the best outdoor park I've been to for my skill level. The ledge even looks a decent height but I didn't get around to trying it! Thanks for the tip on parking I will check that out.

Awesome I subbed to Scott skates the other day of course you can get him involved 😀 The 360 camera is one camera that films everything, and you edit where it looks after. It has smart tracking so you can draw a box around you in the edit and it follows you. It is amazing but slightly lower quality than a normal camera in my opinion but it is too convenient not to use! And means you just set it up and then skate without worrying whether you are in shot!

Yeah it's odd how you get used to one surface then the other suddenly seems terrifying! I'm planning on doing a weekly team edit so it's just whenever you want to send something in, and those that have sent in can continue to do so 😁

Yeah I think the drop in is slightly higher on the uphill end too. I felt like the whole park is on a slight angle and I wasn't ready for more speed!
