I'm with the dems on this one. The ATF should not be able to make "rules" which are in effect laws punishable by fines and/or jail. These agencies are not part of the law making branch of government and their many obscure "laws" are just a path for tyranny. The ATF should also be disbanded for so many reasons from their Constitutional violations to their home invasion and murder of innocent citizens.
