for the people talking crap --1st ships don't stop on a dime, especially one that huge. 2nd the crew repeatedly called authorities to advise them they thought they were going to hit the bridge and begged them to clear it. it's because of that the cops were able to block traffic to the bridge. have a little faith that sometimes things are just an accident with no bad intent and people do the best they can with the circumstances the universe gave them.

I live near 30 minutes from Baltimore, it was very sad

I live in Maryland and I was on the beach and I saw that happy

As someone who has lived in Maryland my whole life nothing hit me like this did, there were 8 people missing and construction workers and they’ve only recovered 2 of the missing people and everyone else not found is presumably dead. This broke my heart and scared me so much because my parents both work over that bridge and don’t leave until late and it was 1 in the morning when this happened.

Been alive for 29 years, never once heard of a cargo ship hitting a bridge, let alone a key bridge for the city. The weapon formed SHALL not propser

They find 6 people but they die i feel bad for them they girlfriend say crying she was calling him but she say his phone was in the water 😢

I’m from here and it truly was a tragedy and truly messed up our infrastructure…..Thanks ,i do not care this happened for a reason and it’s not because they lost power , he was literally heading that way before he lost power Funny it’s an election year

Guys what happened is so a cargo ship lost power and then started smoking and then lost control again so then he like radio the bridge control tower or whatever and they stopped on the bridge but there were still workers on the bridge so they died

I live like 50 mins from this incident affected a ton of traffic

this is so sad. i live near baltimore and this was a huge loss for us. amazingly 2 workers survived but rest in peace to the others who didn’t. luckily cops could close the bridge so nobody cars were on the bridge at the time. one of the workers literally left without any medical care and was in complete fine health. the other had some minor and major injuries but successfully recovered. but yea this was a huge loss for the ppl of baltimore and people around. i’m so happy not a ton of people died but i feel so bad for the people who did. it’s truly heartbreaking for your life to be cut short due to a ship crash. i pray for the people of those family’s. thank you everyone who stopped to read ❤❤❤. and god bless who survived the accident and rip to whom didn’t ❤️
