Hypoxia electrolyte imbalance and ischaemia are some of common n correctable causes of af which u didn't mention. Also electrical n chemical cardioversion can not be done fr chronic or AF older than 48 hrs u need to anticoagulate first. These are small but important aspects.

Thank you doctor. My dad currently has CAP. Itâs day 6 since he started antibiotics and he still gets a mild fever once a day. Is this normal in your opinion. Is it safe to assume it takes longer than 6 days to fully recover and the fever to completely resolve.
