1) Who says "As corporate Australia has known for some time, maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce makes good business sense...."? 2) Japan is a global powerhouse and a VERY "Non-diverse' country....China too. 3) History has pretty much ZIP examples of "by being incredibly diverse and not sharing much in true common we will rise and be victorious"! But a lot of the exact reverse. Good to spread the love...but a little hard truth never goes astray either!
