VDC Shelby Mustang vs The WORLD at Englishtown "The Gambler" | Assetto Corsa | VR | Cinematic Drift
Hopped in the VDC Shelby Mustang and took on "The Gambler" at Englishtown in the ACSDrift server!! These VDC cars are incredible! I am so glad I gave them another shot after previous failed attempts in the past. The way this Mustang feels when it hooks up is crazy! Here is a compilation of the best pairings I had over the weekend. Obviously still very new to the car pack and still having issues (especially chase proximity), but I can't wait to try some more of them and hit some more tracks!!

that fourth gen i7 and ddr3 ram keep up with a 3080 without bottlenecks? I'm on 7th gen i7 with 2080ti and 32gb ddr4 and struggle to keep 72fps on quest 2 via air link especially on shuto or any track with a lots of cars/ai, anyway great derapage overall, and looking forward to see you on fullsend server, downloading this new track soon!
I run medium settings with the PureVR filter and it is acceptable. I really need to overhaul the rest of the pc. It's a 10yr old build with a newish graphics card. 😆

I recommend getting yourself a fully round wheel. That flat bottom is really not doing you any favors.
I've gotten same advice elsewhere and actually installed the wheel from my race car. Haven't had a chance to try it yet. Also have a handbrake to install...although I don't want it to be a crutch.

Honestly, the only time I'm not having a good time playing Forza is when there are connection issues. Otherwise it's great. Hoping the update on the 14th fixes alot of these bugs.
I wish i could tune the car so bad, the turn in oversteer this car has was hard to get used to at first
I am glad it isn't just me! 😄 Seems like by the 3rd or 4th lap, it starts to get better for a couple laps, then back to the oversteer. Raising the FFB and using more fuel than necessary helps. It drives awesome in Rivals Mode with the same tune.
