As a longtime official in six sports, this guy (he's no coach!) is way out of line and abusive in too many ways.

I want this guy to coach my kid if I can’t. He is gooder then most

I can picture this being a movie. The team loses the coach and kids r depressed the coach decides to give up, then he has a revelation. THey get a ringer for the team, they practice hard and eventually start winning vs the other teams in the league. Then it is the last game and they r facing that rangers team again. But unlike regular movies they still get beat because the rangers get 2 ringers for their team practice hard and improve just as much if not more. So instead they just beat the shit out of the rangers on the field post game chug some beers and part with the bitches and hoes.
