It’s amazing how many people don’t seem to realize that what you’re paying for is portability. Judging a gaming laptop as if it’s a desktop is ridiculous

as much as i love gaming laptops, they don't last very long. 2 to 3 years and it slows down so much as compared to a desktop. A desktop last me about 5 to 6 years before i have to rebuild the whole system.

I’m all for this, only issue is the battery. If you keep it plugged in 24/7 and use it exclusively as a desktop, then that almost entirely defeats the point of a laptop and degrades the battery.

you compare only low light recording, what about daylight? action 4 beats insta360 hands down. these are action camera, they are meant to be shot outside in broad daylight. action 4 is also much better in stability (read rocksteady+, horizontal balancing.

They are fine, but a normal Desktop PC is way better. A gaming Laptop needs a specific case to work good. Some features that a normal pc does better: Easy upgrades. More possible storage. More cool / not as loud / more fps. Wayyy more usb Ports. Way more Display ports / Hdmi ports. No daily setup time. And a lot more

The point of getting a desktop for gaming is largely due to the quietness. Plus, the 4090 Laptop GPU you have in the Zephyrus is so power limited that it won't be close to a full 175W 4080 Laptop GPU. Also, the Ultra 7 155H is no powerhouse anyways.
