2020 the pandemic introduced a new breed of runners🏃. I personally took up cycling🚴
As a physiotherapist I had helped many runners improve their form and help prevent injury😇
It was May 2021 which I helped my housemate analyse his running form and was then where I decided to take up running myself at the dear age of 41🧓.
What started as a weekly commitment of 20 minutes of running a week, has lead to running two London Marathons, meeting my running goals at 5k, 10k, half and full marathon, and having a passion to share my running experiences motivating others to place up also 😊

I usually run Burgess Park Run, Clapham can be very nice as long as it is not muddy. Great video, keep them up!
@@alvardamen6593 cheers mate. Thx for watching. I think I enjoyed Burgess Park more. Just felt sluggish on this run. I need to do a Burgess video again. There is a real bottle neck at the start with 600 people on the day I recorded it so need to race it and see. Im usually Mile End lately. Cya at PR sometime
@Fizz_Runner I have a request, Can you please upload a video showing s20 ultra supporting hollyland lark m2. It will be helpful for so many users. Because Samsung doesn’t support external mic, so many users are confused whether to buy or not..
@@dejtjourney thx for the suggestion. It is plug and play really though. There is 3 packages. You can buy USB-C, Lightning for iphone, another for cameras for professional recording, and you can get a package that has all the connections. So it does work. Also like can find an adaptor if you go the wrong connection

@@dejtjourney i have s20 Ultra too. Love it as it is the last which has expandable memory. Yes once you plug receiver into phone it works automatically
Does Hollyland mark II support on S20 Ultra phone? I Have that phone.. Other wireless mic Doesn't support. Kindly reply
@@dejtjourney yes it does support however one of the transmitters didnt work. I didnt bother sorting this out as I wasnt fully impressed with the quality

@@dejtjourney real shame no expandable memory on top phones. I edit on the phone only and having expandable memory really helps free up phone space and allows me to place videos directly into phone which is so convenient for editing. Why they stop... 😭

This is Boston Marathon... Rolled it 9km. It has fully healed
So many factors, but I think weight is probably the biggest factor 🤷♂️
True. And just fitness. I think shorter can be faster up.... But taller is certainly an advantage for downhill 😭

Yes... Looking forward to hear it. Best thing is to increase your aerobic base by running slow runs more or even cross train. I cycle to work so that really helps. You will be surprised to gains you make by just committing and gradually increasing mileage 😊👌👍
@Fizz_Runner yes I'm doing this with jump rope. I started taking cycling lessons as well! I work from home so trying my best this year to go outside and touch grass 😆
