As an organic no till guy, I hear ya. But where the seed companies earn their money is drought resistance. Sure, they have all kinds of traits, both from selective breeding, and genetic modification. I do think they get some credit where it is not due, because the planting technology is so good. There is a lot of common parent seed types that all seed companies use, anyone can pay the licensing fee, then play around with it, and put their own stink on it. The land Grant collegiate system also has a lot of unlicensed genetics out there. I want short season stuff, so I can hedge my bets and have multiple revenue streams from every acre. Livestock weight gain, poultry production. I’ve made it 23 years without going broke and I’ve paid off my debts.

Got ab another 6 8 months and it was all smashed up again. Those feeders always seemed like a scam to me. The beef cows always pulled the hay out on the ground and wasted it and the claves would lay in it and wreck the hay that was left. The hay saver ones are the only good ones. Hello , I used to sub to your channel , I’m not sure but I couldn’t remember your channel name ..well I found your channel , the sad part of all what’s going on in the USA …is they’re hurting the small farmers on purpose…run them out of business…I wish people would understand what’s happening in the country… honestly the government is running all the business to China …friend I’m praying for you and I love your videos and I glad I found your channel again . My dream was to have a farm but that didn’t happen..my brother has a farm and I go see his farm ..it’s the feeling of freedom.. it’s ok to Rant friend we need to stick together and stand up for each what our country was and stand for ..I care and respect..can’t wait to watch more of your videos ..take care ..
