Congrats on your acceptance!!! Overall my move in went pretty smooth I can’t lie since there are many move in ppl there that help you!! But… I would say try not to overpack even if you think you might need something think again if it’s really that important lol esp if you’re out of state like me it might be a hassle when move out comes. If you don’t want to wait in line for long (because the car line does get very long)go earlier than the move in time you picked online !! (It doesn’t matter if you go earlier or later than the time you selected). Also coordinate with your roommate what time they are moving in so you guys are not in there at the same time or else it will be very crowded lol! Best of luck though I wish you a great first year !!!

@@amythest5248 As a first year I haven’t really interacted too much with other engineers outside my major (other than if they’re friends I’ve made you know) but if you would like to I would say join like society of women engineers and other engineering clubs to branch out and connect with the other engineering departments!! When you take the core classes like Chem, Bio, Physics, Calc etc you are bound to meet other engineering majors tho :))
