If you want to talk about resilience, my partner and I had a NICU child born at 26 weeks last year, thank god lucca survived. He and other sick or prem babies / children have so much chucked at them and as parents it's very traumatic. Resilience in my view, is you don't give up even when the doctors tell you he may not make it, as his on 100 percent oxgent. You have no choice but to push forward pray for a miracle, regardless of what's being chucked at him . After a loss of a child and to still go forward to want a family for me is mental strength. Unless you ever go through this you will never know what stress you can handle.
