I can relate, as I'm completely stuck in my own life too, but maybe slightly differently. I finished university, and now I've just been in this limbo state for a long time. I don't know what I want to do with my life, and I'm 27. The time keeps ticking on and I just can't figure it out. It seems like I can either pursue a career in something I am not passionate about and chase good pay/in demand skills, or work part-time in a dead end job so that I can eventually pursue my passions. But then, if the passion becomes a job, it's likely that I will grow to resent needing to do that to pay the bills. At the moment however, I do neither of these things because I don't have the confidence or assurance to make any move, and deep down I really have a strong aversion to working, because of the fear of either being taken advantage of, or just ending up achieving nothing in my life because I was so focused on doing something I know I didn't want to, but was forced to. Slowly I'm starting to feel like my life is a failure, because it's beginning to just be a whole lot of unemployment and fear. Sorry for the negativity, I think your rant inspired me to have my own, lol. 😆
