Bro I had same problem and replace zener diode 5 v now only engine check red light is turning on but rest of the meter is dead. What should i do?
What was the actual cause of the problem How it was fused?
My battery died gave for replacement and drove without battery for couple of days, since then it was dead service center told meter could have get shot as i should not drive without battery.

My cluster is also fully dead.. should I go with the same solution as u showed in this video?
