What was the variance between each cylinder? Was it under 2cc?
there was very little variance out of the box. However when we added delivery valves there was prob 10cc variance before we balanced it.
I just wish I knew what this means for a stock dodge diesel.
can you share the service manual of that engine and the proper timing of injection pump. I have a problem because the smoke coming from exhaust is not normal I suspect that the engine is not properly timing, its easy to start but a lot of smoke. My engine is coming from an overhaul. Thank you

I would think that just about anything would start when it is 2 degrees C. That's not even cold.
