Who are we?
We are BFFs who met at a fitness studio in Clearwater, FL! Francisco Sanchez and Lynn Shorey. We discovered we had a lot in common: a passion for food, Mexican idioms and most notably, a love of dancing!
Do we have a studio? We did, but we closed a few years ago and now teach at commercial gyms.
Why the CZcams channel?
We started the channel for a couple of reasons.
Lynn had a horrible memory and wanted to remember her choreos and that is how it all started. Students can practice their favorite songs, if they can’t make it to class, the songs can be added to a playlist like a live class’
For other instructors, we want to share what we create. Feel free to use whatever you like and tag us if you record!

Picture it. I sont have class so I go for a walk. It’s humid, its cloudy, Florida heat. While I am walking, this song comes on and then… I’m walking with a bounce 😂 and put it on repeat. By the time I got home, I had a choreo.
My classes love it but, it took them a few shots to get the reggaeton part. They have it now and I LOVE watching the attitude!
And yes, you have to pull up your it pants legs before the leg twists 😂

I have been doing this song off and on for a couple of months. I put it in the middle or towards the end of class because I don’t want the legwork to scare people off 😂😂 I have sped this one up quite a bit, the original is pretty slow. Hope your classes like this as much as mine do - mine know I love Mexican music and it shows… which totally hypes them up.

I found this song and immediately loved it. My chorus step with the front back salsa and then walk forward was something I was using on another song I’m doing but won’t work because the song is too fast; it fits perfectly here! I did speed this song up, the original is a lot slower. Hope your classes like it!

I made this choreo during the pandemic when I was teaching on my porch but I was never quite happy with it. Dropping this on my class tomorrow. I've seen lots of choreo for this, but it's the kind of song where you don't want to think too much--just simple, accessible fun moves and you can interact with each other on this. And this is what you did. Oh yeah. Can't wait!
