I make a massive send from East Suffolk all the way west to the North of Wales, all for a very worthwhile day spent on the Tryweryn at the Wales National Water Sports Centre.
This was my first time on the river and I enjoyed every single second of it, I already cannot wait to get back to paddle and mess about on all the quality features.

In terms of white water gnarliness, this is our biggest trip yet as Outta LUCK, taking on Stock Ghyll, the Rothay, and Kent in one weekend, as well as our standard shenanigans. Props to Oscar, Tom and Matt for the extra footage, and Tom (different Tom) and Emma for taking some quality photos too.

For the final day of our trip up North, Oscar, Tom, and I take on the River Tees, where Tom and I paddle the dogleg for the first time. We scrape our way down to Low Force for a few sends to finish off the trip before we headed to a well-earned chippy visit! What a way to end the weekend!

On Day 2 of our trip up North, we took ourselves to the River Ure near Masham. A hefty hike to the get on, and a hefty slog back out to the road at the watermill made it a long day, but worth it with a few big features, a weir, the Sleningford rapid, and some rafted-up madness?
