Instead of pouring concrete around it spray the concrete like you would a swimming pool. Then the only forms you need are the walls of the shipping container itself. After the concrete walls have cured pour your house slab on top of it. If course temporary reinforcement is required.

The one comment about putting concrete around the container is good that was my original plans back in 95. But if you wanted to save costs you mention turn the container upside down and every two foot put a c channel on the outside wall and weld it in place along with 2 c channels evenly spaced on the side walls. And to pact number 57 engineered rock around the outside and 2 feet above. With a drainage felt over the top To prevent dirt Seeping into the rock.
