In your video, the property that was checked on his program lines up with Zillow values. Zillow's sold price is the ARV. So how can this be the range of the offer price showing in his program? Whatever happened to the ARV x 70% - repairs and wholesale profit? The MAO price is going to be way lower than what his program shows! What am I missing here?

While using PropStream I've noticed many instances where it says Free and Clear, meaning there is no mortgage on the property, but it is showing up as being in pre-foreclosure. How can the property be I pre-foreclosure if the mortgage is paid off?
