That’s not Maxxd fault, the trailers come without certain parts including the wheels. The dealer installs those. The dealer you bought from sucks apparently.

I bought a Maxx D trailer 2 months ago and I’ve had nothing but problems with it! Their customer service is absolutely pathetic!!! Hydraulic jacks don’t work, remote doesn’t work, bungee straps on the batteries wore holes is the batteries and leaked acid all over. They won’t return phone calls. DO NOT buy their trailer!!! There are lots of other manufacturers that take pride in their products.

I had a Datsun 610 wagon and that thing ran like a scalded dog. I loved that car until the dealer didn't tighten the oil drain plug after an oil change and the engine blew on the way home. I would have kept that car forever.
