I thought that there was going to be a major rework of the 4/70/235 interchange, but the only thing that I see different is an exit ramp into Buc-ee's coming off of the westbound 70 exit to northbound 235.

I've been there

I found out recently that it's called King Swing 😂

I was born and raised in Lima. Unfortunately it has went downhill. I knew that when I became an adult I would be out of there & raise my kids outside of Lima. My two daughters are adults now. I moved to Findlay for many years then I transitioned to wapakoneta in 2022 which I'm not a fan of 🙄 but my 3 grandkids are here & they are my entire world so wherever they go I go lol I'm always connected to Lima. I will never forget where I came from and I still have friends and family there that I visit often. It has so much potential. I just wish the politicians would help more on the south side and east side of Lima. My point is hopefully maybe you will travel to the two other cities I just mentioned that would be cool to watch as well. Thank you for this video. I just somehow got it in my algorithm lol It's like so true what they say, your phone really can listen in on you lol I just subscribed. ❤

The building you asked about was built as an Apostolic Pentecostal church.

They had to get it cleared for asbestos before they could demo it. It’s coming down in the next week.

I'm 50 years old and a local. That one still standing was a church for a while. Even when I was old enough to drive it was already a closed station. The other one that was razed already was a used car dealer for years but I can't remember it being an operating gas station. I think there were four gas stations there at one time including the ones across the street.

That particular gas station has been closed for what seems like forever. I can't recall who's it was.

Thanks for the walkthrough. I was thinking that is cool that one is open already in our area. The Flagship store in NJ just opened on Aug 1, but it was fully ready to go. Some of the peeps have been finding Halloween stuff since May... that is way early... but it is the 2nd biggest holiday and they are going to make money when they can... it is the American way LOL... Your updates are appreciated and you both did a stellar job on this video. The mayor's story was awesome! Imagine Buc-ee's thinking that people won't know exactly who's reaching out. It's like Clifford the Big Red Dog wearing a sheet to go as a ghost for trick or treat. We know it's you, Clifford! I watched another CZcamsr's grand opening video from the Richmond, KY store and I predicted in his comments that Ohio would be around the corner. He told me that he talked to a high ranking company official about the possibility and supposedly the man said that Buc-ee's would never come to Ohio because they wanted to remain strictly southern. I'm glad that this man didn't know what he was talking about.
