Ooh nice new intro for Basil. He's spesh 😂 Great vlog of our time there, and it was gorgeous weather. It was a blooming long walk too. Shame The Mill didnt have a cafe or toilets. I would go back there again, BUT there is so much more to explore. Oh, and great company too 😊

I don't remember walking around the church yard, but obviously I did! Nice windows in the church. Daint we walk far lol. Nice photos. It was a really nice campsite, a great weekend spent in good company, with lovely people.😊 I'd definitely go there again, it had a lovely relaxed feel about it.

Sundials weren't the best thing for the UK with the lack of sun. Nice ceiling in the chapter house. I liked it in there. Another nice ceiling. Fireplace could do with a clean though! Ew, kids...get out of there 😂😂

That hare statue ornament type thing was lovely. I knew that was a Turner painting cos I'm sad lol. I like his stuff so I recognised it.

I liked it there even if I didn't end up overnighting cos those people turned up who wanted to party lol. It was when we were meeting you two and Karl was on his bike, and we ended up at Burrow Mump.

Not a bad park up. I'd stay there, it seems nice and peaceful.

The Ogham Stone is actually a small Neolithic Standing Stone. During the colonisation of Kintyre / Argyll in the early 6th century AD by the Celtic Dalriadic people of Antrim, Northern Ireland, a few of these stones we’re engraved with Ogham script, a form of primitive Gaelic from which Scots Gaelic later developed.

The footprints are where St Columba preached in AD 561. He stayed 2 years in Kintyre and ventured north in AD 563. The footprint on the right is much older and is called the Fealty Footprint. It’s where the Celtic Ard Ri or high king and various levels of under-kings were sworn in by placing their foot in the print. Experts say it is Iron Age, but could be even older.

I love the name hunky punk and I'd never heard of it til you said it. That first church looked bigger on the outside than the inside. I do love a yew tree, they're so gnarly and have such character. Poor you having to sit through that singing lol. It wasn't the best. They need the practise 😂😂
