Sony CDP-705ESD CD player belt replacement simple instruction.
When I tried to find online how to remove the CD transport unit out of the unit, I found no information. I eventually figured out how. This video is a after thought after I put the CD transport back to the unit, so it is not a live demo, but simply guide you 3 steps to remove the transport out of unit to change the belts. I could not find the right belts so I ended up still use the old ones, still works, but not smooth.
Step 1: Remove the CD tray face plate with 2 mm Allen wrench,. With tray out is easier. Return the tray afterwards and unplug the power.
Step 2: Remove the 4 corner screws which has arrow indicator.
Step3: Remove 5 wires connectors on the right side of the transport, you can see the those wires are connect the transport to main board.
After you take the transport out, you will see two belts. Remove the metal plate which protect the belts by remove two small screws.
Remove the motor by remove one screw so it is much easier to remove the belts.

Convert Kit Cat Clock from battery to electric and battery powered

I do not have good luck with the battery life in the Kit Cat Clock. After some study, find out the clock pendulum electric magnetic mechanism is powered with both batteries (3V). The clock quartz movement is powered the right battery (1.5 V), but that battery will supply the power to pendulum in the same time. So I decide to power the pendulum with the AC adaptor by using a DC to DC buck conver...

I did bleed it twice as the instruction booklet says. This video will show you the problem and how to fix it. Not a real time video, but will bring the root problem to you.

Thank you for the help!!!!
Anyone know where ti set my idel screw on top of the carburetor?
I have one with the jet adjuster on top. You didn’t say how much to turn out the jet screw. I’ll never get that 15 minutes back.
Good video. Thank you
This guy is the greatest
Good job my guy.
Thank you! I just did the bleeding procedure with no luck (and you’re right that plug is a pain to get in. Did what you suggested, worked right away. I got my table for half off as an open box. I assume whoever bought it had the same problem and just returned it. Thanks to you I got this table working and saved a fortune.
Can it handle some high grass? I'm looking for a 616 to manage my backyard (it's up to 2 acres)..
Thank you so much! my problem was the same safety switch that the previous owner fix in yours😅
Well like so many comments before me. You really helped us out. After 3 hours of a lot of frustration we were getting ready to put it back in the box and take it back. But we came across your video and within 10 minutes it was working thank you so much.
After bleeding and pumping for damn near an hour (and a ton of cussing!!!!) I came across this video ... after about 15min had it working!! You sir are a lifesaver!!! Thank you!!
Saved my boss $400!!! Awesome job, and thank you for the information! Great vid!
Thank you very helpful.
Thank you for trying to explain the S shutter speed knob. Should I choose 1/30 on top dial as home base? Someone said 1/20 top knob. What gives! Someone said bottom ring is flash sync. Is that so? How would I choose an existing light in dimly lit trailer? 1/30th sec. Then bottom ring what? Still confused! I grew up with F. Is it nessasary to set bottom ring on shutter speed? Or just let it go? Thank you for trying to help. Nice presentation hope youl do follow up focus on shutter speed selection nikon S. Thank you.
Hi Chris, I sold my Nikon rangefinder cameras a few years ago, so I will explain how to use the low shutter speed to you by the principle of the camera design in that era, which will apply to Nikon, Leica, Zeiss etc. Look the both high and low speed dial, they both should have one speed in common, such as 1/20 sec (20), that will be the speed dial should be set . If you use speed faster than 1/20 (20), set the slow speed dial to 1/20, adjust the fast dial, such as 1/250, etc. If you want to use slower speed than 1/20, set the fast dial to 1/20, then adjust the slow speed dial, such as 1/2. For low lighting photography question, you can find some youtube videos will be more helpful. Personally, I think the cellphone or digital camera will do better job than film camera, since you can retake pictures right away if the pictures were not good. Film photography is expensive and slow today. Hope my answers help you.
Skip to 5:19 for the fix
mine worked right out of the box. I kicked it and lifted it with no bleeding and it just worked so I'm going to let er keep on working until it's time to change the fluid. If you didn't mess with it out of the box it would have worked for you and that is exatly what your mum told me when I dove into her pooper and stuck my finger down her mouth, she whent aaaaahahh uuuuuhhh right on the enitre mote around my bed you dumb fuck!!!
Another issue can be that the valve piston does not protude far enough out, even when the stop screw in adjusted out. Pull piston out slightly with pliers and oil it then try to pump up. if it's okay, then screw in stop screw until it touches piston and tighten nut.
Hi I live in Canada too (Quebec 🥶) and just ordered the HSS622CDT1 model. 1st year with a snowblower since I got rid of the company ripping me off to clear my driveway (but saving me a lot of time tho). What do you think of my model? Thanks in advance
Congrats for your new Honda, My machine is about 20 years old, beside oil changes and replace the skid shoes, it still works great ( just used yesterday for the first snow storm in Cleveland). I think you get a great machine, it is not a fast and most powerful snowblower, but it is very easy to handle. I sold HS928 and kept this one many years ago. If you put in the Stabil gas treatment or drained the gas tank during the off season, you will not have any problem with the carburetor. I wish Honda still sell this clutch driving for both track and auger snowblower in the USA.
Great video, well done. And as spencer mentioned, use gravity to your advantage. A battery flying around inside the mirror chamber is not advantageous.
I live in Canada so we get a lot of snow. I was looking at the HSS724, but transmission problems some seem to get worries me. So I'm looking at this little snowblower which seems very reliable. Is it enough for the biggest snowstorms even if it takes more time than a more powerful machine? And how about the end of driveway pile up?Thanks.
I live in Cleveland, Ohio and this snowblower handles the snow storms well. I usually go out to get the snow cleaned when it reaches 10-12 inches. It will not handle the slushy snow well just like the most snowblowers. The end of the driveway is not the problem since the snowblower can climb the snow pile easily so I will get rid of the snow by layers. Not good to break the thick ice built up. I think the older HS55 doing better job for the ice since it has teeth on its augers, and has 3 positions for snow / ice. I still have the HS622 (two of them) and have no intention to buy any bigger or new one. Hope my input helps.
What does it mean you can crank the engine but the engine won't turn over????
Here is the definition of the turn over: When your engine starts, your battery sends an electrical pulse to your spark plugs, which causes the initial ignition. This then drives your crankshaft, which allows your engine to start moving. This is what the term 'turning over' means - it refers to the movement of the crankshaft after the initial ignition. In the video, the situation is no ignition.
Thank You for your help!
Holding the axle is the step the other videos have left out
Nice video. Thank you . I have started collecting mostly German cameras these days. I hope to buy one of this model soon
Does anyone know if the needle and seat is supposed to have a small rubber O-ring inside the barrel where the needle push"s against ?. I cleaned the carb and now it leaks out the vent tube when I turn the gas on. The float is good and needle metal tip is lightly sanded and cleaned. but there is no rubber down in the hole just looks to be a brass seat.. I took apart carb 3 times and still leaks.
Too bad the is no carburetor rebuild kits or after market carburetor’s available for these. I have been running mine on half choke until I get the time to clean carburetor
Exactly the solution to the problem I'm having with my new lift table! Thank you
You did a great job explaining the adjustment process, very clear and understandble. The one thing I wish you went into more was how you got that darn plug back in because it is a hassle, and I don't want to be on it for five more days LOL. Thank you very much.
With a small flat screwdriver, you can the rubber plug back without too much trouble. Hope you do not have to do it again.
Anyone have advice on how to remove and install the hydraulic rubber plug? Thanks.
How did you get the spring back on? It is giving me tons of trouble
That rubber plug is terrible. It pops out easily but is really hard to get back in. I'm going to use a hose clamp to keep it from popping. Thanks for the tip on the cable.
You are very welcome. After I went through the frustrations and found the solution, so I decided to post this video to help others.
Where to buy the control cable? My control cable was broken due to rust (left it outside for several days). Thanks
I will take the old cable to a bicycle shop to see anything they have can be used. May need to cut the length to fit.
grazie, molto interessante ...
Mine will raise but after about 5 min it will slowly lower
The valve is still not fully closed.
I looked at like 5 other videos and read forums before I stumbled upon this gem, got it working right again thank you!
Glad to be helpful. I have total 3 different Walker mowers as home owner, each time I moved to a new location, I bought a used one. Now I have the M36-42, the very early one with 11 hp engine. I think Walker is a good mower, but they make them more and more complicated, hard for owner to fix or maintain them. I am not sure is a lawn mower need be that complicated.
How much you paid for it?
With current inflation rate, if you find one for $5-600, you should buy it if it is in good working condition. A little surface rust is not problem. I will not pay $600 to buy any new snow blowers today. They are totally junks.
Thank you for the review. The Pittsburgh Life Table is bad quality, I wish they adjust hydraulic pedal during manufacturing.
I have went through 3 brand new hydraulic replacement cylinders and all do the same.i can't get them to jack up.. I push down on the Jack lever,it goes up but when I let off the Jack lever it goes right back down.. I might not be doing the bleeding process correctly but I've tried every way
Great video. I have the same question with DM 570 Bowers. Same style of hardware used in this speaker. Thanks a lot.
Thank you for this, I brought home my second one (first was broken out of the box), and this was the exact fix!
Thanks, your video helped. That is exactly what was happening to my cart.
A friend moved away and left me his table, which doesn’t work. I will try this, then I’ll have 2. Thanks man.
Good luck.
Thank you. I have the same model inherited from my father who used it since 2002.
You are lucky and take good care of this machine, it will give you many years good service. I know it is not the biggest and fastest snowblower, trust me it is much easier to use it, I sold my Honda HS928 and kept HS622.
How much would a similar one cost? 👍
You can check the sales on ebay. I will say between $50-100.
VERY CONFUSING. I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOURE SAYING
Thank you, super helpful!
Good catch. Thanks.
Excellent Thank you
Great video. Does this table have a lock to hold it at full height safely?
Yes, flip the metal bars will keep the table heights.
