I graduated Highschool in 1977 and as I was listening to the radio I heard the news about the plane going down and I followed the story as it progressed. Billy Powell ended up being the spokesperson and was giving all the details and info. I had all of their albums and will always be a fan. I want Freebird played at my funeral.
