Great video. My wife and I will be moving to Orlando in May. We’re deciding between Thornton Park and Baldwin Park. We definitely like the vibes of the downtown neighborhoods in the video, but love the apartment we found in Baldwin Park. Any thoughts on Baldwin Park?
Recommend Prato 1000%, pricey but worth it for the authentic taste of Italy!
Is this area better than Lake Nona in your opinion?
That’s a great question my man! They both are 2 of the most popular communities to live right now in Orlando! Hamlin area, you will be closer to the theme parks, find more house for your dollar, and a ton of equity in the new developments. Lake Nona, you will be around the modern tech world, with advanced and sophisticated techonology, the latest urban developments, a lot of major corporations and businesses in the area, and close to the airport. Also a ton of equity in the new developments. Me personally, I love the technology, modern advancements, futuristic way of living, and overall vibe of Lake Nona.

Hey Micheal! Yes they are planning to break ground this year on AG and have complete by the fall around October! They have been changing construction times though
