Guys we have been living here almost since one and half years. Although, while building our house we had to adhere to strict by laws and our cost of construction was a bit higher than other societies but believe you me that it has been worth it ever since we have shifted here. The maintenance and complain handling is really good. The DHA staff is very responsive. Alhamdollilah no security issues except a few. Yes stray dogs are a problem but that is due to vacant plots. Otherwise its MashaAllah really peaceful and anybody who wishes to live in DHA with a budget of 5 marla house must opt for Phase 9 Town being the only proper 5 marla phase in DHA. Plots of 5 marla in other phases are normally located at bad locations. But this isn't the case here
