@@jeffkojeffko Doesn't really matter, I lived in Chicago in those years, I was in a great band. I myself was ask to sing with a recording band in LA and moved there in '79 When in Chicago when we we were clubbing and not playing. We'd visit other bands PEZBAND. & SHADOWS OF Knight WERE 2 GROUPS COULDN'T FIGURE. DS SOHNS WAS A BETTER VOCALIST THAN CLIFF BUT PEZBAND WAS MORE POPULAR. Doesn't really matter now.
By the way I played many times at the whale. Always wondered how c cock robin next door stayed in business. IT WAS NEVER OPEN

I would LOVE a copy of this album! I lived in Millbrook for a while back in the late 70's and early 80's, on the property of Millbrook Studios (originally Millbrook Sound and owned by Mike Daniel-I was the chief engineer) but have never heard this album. It doesn't say but is Paul Orofino engineering this?
Yes - Recorded at Millbrook Sound Studios. Sadly it was never released in the USA.

holy fucking shit!!! amazing show!! Duke Levine could be the most beautiful masters of fade out twang guitar that has ever graced a stage. saw these guys twice last week and it was mind blowing? the schmuck that commented that Peter is washed up playing the same material is no nothing jack ass. Peter became great somewhere in his mid fifties and has continued to keep getting better. theres a small very fortunate group of music lovers that managed to stumble on to his later and significantly greater work. from 2002 to present he has been other worldly.

Such a great artist, band, and tour. I was lucky enough to see the show October 1st in Chicago. There is no one I would rather see - Mark Bosch has grown into the best live guitarist around, at least with this kind of rock n roll.
I was lucky enough to see the Rant Train as it rolled through Chicago in early October. Thanks so much for putting this out there. Have to say that Mark Bosch has become my favorite live guitarist ever. Love all the versions of the Rant Band, but David Johansen's (slightly less dissolute) younger brother is awesome live.
