SUMMER SANTA INTERACTIVE SCRAPBOOK LAYOUT PROCESS PART 1
This is the start of my attempt at interactive scrapbook layouts. The front-page artwork is courtesy of Cuddly Cute Designs (Summer Santa). I used several other pieces of print and cut from multiple designers. The layout is for an 8 1/2" x 11" scrapbook page.

Today I'll be sharing with you some Halloween tags I created using the Spooky Cupcake Witch svg file from Treasure Box Designs. Please note, the free files change on Thursdays, not Fridays. I apologize!! The tags range in length from 4.125" to 4.25". The width of all the tags is 2.8". The cupcake svg is cut at 2.219" wide by 2.735" tall. I have bought a SVG file from Etsy and uploaded into design space. But when I go to Make it, it is very small and not the correct size. I went back and enlarged it in design space by using the W and H. But when I go to Make it again it is still the small size on the mat. How do I make it so it will cut out the proper size as the image says in the original file. Please help I am extremely frustrated
@conniedlawson I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. After you imported the file into Design Space, did you double-check that the lock button is on. This will proportion the file correctly. Then, when you're looking at the mat preview, is the view size at least 75%? If none of that resolved the issue, then from Design Space, I'd resize the image and then draw a box around the pieces that are the same color. For example, move any white pieces together and draw a box around them. Then, at the bottom right of the Design Space screen, click attach. If none of this helps, I'd recommend reaching out to the Etsy seller or Cricut Customer service. It almost sounds like there's an issue with the svg file. Good luck!

Hi Connie ....Thank you for your presentation....instead of using lightweight paper up to what thickness of cardstock does the Circuit Machine cut easily...I don't have one...Kind regards...Sue
@@suestrange435 Hi Sue! I use a Cricut Explore Air 2, and I can cut up to 140 lb. Watercolor paper. I prefer not to cut heavier than 80 lb. Good question! Tfw 🙂
