Have you ever looked into being neurodivergent. Like adhd/autism perhaps? as someone who has both I have noticed with the ways you struggle and think the reason why you can be on and doing amazing creating great content having fun etc and then struggle for a period of time is relatable and after lots of therapy and recognising this in myself I recognise how my brain works and what my strengths and struggles are because of being neurodivergent. I have watched your channel for quite a a few years and feel that I see a lot of myself in you. Having such high standards for myself was my autisms way of doing things ‘right’ and the ‘proper way’ and when I couldn’t keep up with the standards my adhd would have me feeling unmotivated and low until the next time I feel better and able to face things again. I hope you take this well it might not be the case for you but maybe something to look into and it’s not all negative if you are neurodivergent there are just as many positives and strengths too.
