What a crappy week in the world. And Martin Mull’s passing is unfortunately a fitting symbol. This album is actually genius in my opinion. It’s a beautiful, subtle and point perfect satire of 1970s American culture. And Frank Devol’s arrangements perfectly match Martin Mull’s lyrics.😢 now Garth, Happy and Jerry are brightening up the afterlife.

His artistic peak came with this lp.

That makes me think Girls night Out makes some great movie with Florence Pugh, Chloe Grace Moretz, Karen Gillan, and Grace Fulton-Currey as example actresses.

I feel like I just lost a few decades.

Rest in peace Martin Mull. Thank you for making us laugh and bringing us love. ❤ We will love you, forever ❤️

Pude escuchar y grabar en cassete este disco , era un vinil color rosado , era de un primo mio , que nos gustaba y nos gusta ese tipo de música y de música clásica, que en realidad es , mis hermanos se reían de nosotros por el color del disco. .jajaja es buenísimo. Tomita es un genio musical de nuestro tiempo , no se si vivirá y producirá todavía, estoy en 2024

I bought this album when it first came out, the only song I'd heard was "Dancing in the Nude." I still have it.

I think that’s Irving Fazola on the first tune. That’s the way to play jazz on the clarinet in my opinion.
