In a hope to unbind nvr,I recently upgrade nvr device model number-DS-7616NI-Q1 with current version-V3.4.100 build 180310 to V4.30.085 build 210409 as we cannot unbind hikvision nvr or dvr with firmware below v3XX. after successfully upgrade i tried to unbind using sadp tool as well as i also tried it with hik-connect app but it shows failed message.Is there any solution for this?I visited many hikvision portal to find solution but couldn't find the correct solution.

Please assist me on how to unbind my dvr. I tried all the possible methods to no avail. Will factory reset solve this issue?

Hi sir , please advice the playback time slot is blue colour. When there is motion/ person at that time it should be highlighted with other colour means there is moment . How can we do this ? Thanks

Isnt's just enought to go in the OSD setting and delete the text?Then do a password change without defaulting and then reactivating the device?

My lasted firmware update file is 2018 Will that be sufficient?
