Thanks for the info!! Im looking for a 9mm throughput bore carburetor. Particularly a Novarossi or Nova engines one. Are there any available? How about OS- which ones are 9mm? Its for speed runs.

The steel teeth portion of the gear is glued to the aluminum hub with JB Weld. The aluminum hub slips over the axle and set screwed to a flat spot on the axle. Hope this is clear.
Thank you, Sir! I'm having a hard time getting the 7 Blade Trailer Plug to go in. I have to work at it 15 minutes or more! I may try this. First, however, I want to check my truck's receptacle since the plug came with the new trailer, so it should be good.

Always impressed when I watch your videos .great info. I drag race but not nitro so I need this because I'm going to sell my modded dr10 and get a nitro no prep car because I'm running nitro mostly anyways..put me down for a pipe once u start crankin them out💪🏿

I have a stuck piston in my Jato 3.3 any suggestions.
First off it is probably your fuel that has gummed up inside the engine. I would try heating the block up and try to stick something through the exhaust port that wouldn't melt fast but wouldn't damage the piston and sleeve while rotating the flywheel. I would wear heavy-duty welding gloves. They also make sleeve removal tools but I have never used one. I have heard of people soaking the block in wd 40 but I wouldn't let it come in contact with orings or the silicone. WD 40 will attack certain rubber and silicone.

Hi. Just wondering How many % Nitro do you drive on? What class is it when you drive a 3,5ccm drag engine From KARLSEN RC
We run 55% in funny car, top fuel, prostock, and promod. Personally I only run funny car and I only run Byron Fuels Drag Strip blend that is no longer available. However you may be able to find some leftovers. Once I run out I will start mixing my own.

How does the motor run if the gap is too close or too far away? Im new to this
Too close and you will risk damaging the engine by crashing into the head button. Too close can also lead to too much heat and detonation, which is power loss. Too much clearance will decrease compression which could potentially lead to power loss but no potential damage to the engine.
Safer to stay at factory head deck settings until you are comfortable with making changes
@melcapone54 we do a lot of street/ no prep racing in NC.. But want to get into the prep racing like u guys @ the Rock. I want to build a direct drive small block, but I have to find the people who make the chassis

The most easiest and fastest way is just use some solder, bend it in an L-shape, put it though the plug hole and turn the engine around. The squeezed piece of solder measured is your gap. From there you can add or remove the right amount of shims to your wished gap.

I had no idea you could adjust the clutch thru the little hole in the clutch bell. Plus... trying to get my endbell clutch gap as close to zero as possible, and seeing how my car performs is a great tip. Much easier than trying to adjust the clutch per the manual, then seeing how my car performs... The manual gets you close, this helps you fine tune it for the perfect setup. Thanks for all the help.
