It would be great to see some cost information on the modular approach. Using the comparison of the Hyatt Place vs. AC shown around the 3:00 minute mark of the video, what was the per unit construction cost of the Hyatt Place vs. the per unit construction costs of the AC?

Glad to see your back with info videos. Wish Guerdon would do smaller projects.
Problem is finding a company that will work with smaller scale buildings like a 5-15 plex.
I hope the modular construction results in fire resistant modules.
I been around these. Quality is horrible. And they are a serious fire hazard. Stop building cheap. Build quality energy efficient buildings for our future
