Why do people get refused the visa? The most common reason the embassy gives, your transaction history on your bank statements is not clear. It is important that you do a proper translation and identify every big payment. If you are visiting family, evidence the relationship, for example a birth certificate. Show that you are in regular contact.
It is a big bonus to have family in the UK, never try to hide them and remember the good old days have gone, the simplified process for Russians obtaining the UK visa, no longer exists. Please contact me if you need assistance, I am here to help. +79257808976 whatsapp or Telegram. Big Thanks

      Put British and explain the situation in the additional information section. You will need to supply a copy of the bio page of your UK passport. I can not remember if it asks about your other citizenships but in any event, if you use additional info section, it will not be grounds for refusal

    Im a native speaker from New Zealand. I speak Russian. Lived there for two years 5 years ago. I’m considering returning to teach English. What kind of salary could I expect in Moscow or either Saint Petersburg. Also, what’s the best method to link with a school to obtain work visa?

    • @HappyVisas
      @HappyVisas Před 3 dny

      The good news, probably New Zealand will be on the unfriendly countries list, so Once you arrive in Russia you can apply for residency under the shared values visa. A teacher who is not good at marketing themselves can easily earn 20 USD an hour but a teacher who is good at networking normally earns online at least 25 USD and hour and offline about 40 USD plus. If you wanted to work full time for a school, easily 2000 USD a month but better work freelance, schools will work you like a dog

    I see questions about people bringing their family, and you can totally do that! If you have a valid permit to work then you have a right to bring your minor children and/or spouse. Russia is big on forming families. Very different from much of the west. I met my wife there, and she was actually an Italian citizen with permanent residency in Russia at the time. Processed paperwork for marriage and got everything sorted on both ends so fast I can hardly believe it. It's a priority there

    Sharing my experience dating a Russian guy and meeting him on a dating app last year. Last January he decided to fly here to the Philippines and take his vacation and meet me with his friend who lived somewhere in Davao. He is half Ukrainian and half Russian. During our phone conversation, I found him so committed, respectful sweet, and loyal. I believe that you would really know the person not unless you will live together under one roof. During his almost 1 month vacation, we were together and I tour him around. The sad part I found out that he's still communicating with other ladies on the dating app and also his "ex-Russian girlfriend" It is not about nationality you can find a good match. It is how they've been raised with their parents and how mature they are. By the way, our age gap was a bit long, he is 55 and I am 40 year's old. Also, I want to add that it is not about the age of the person for maturity. There are young who are mature enough and there are old but their mind still on a playing stage. Nowadays it is hard to find a good match, better know first the person before you see yourself falling in the wrong person that you would regret in the end. You can love but not too much, so when you fail you can drag yourself up and move on.

      @@HappyVisas You have a point, while I have no ill will it is our Crime Minister of Canada joining the sanctions family trying to make an enemy out of mother Russia but I hope that Mr. Putin understands that not all Canadians agree with our idiot Crime Minister but he likely will not take that for granted. You see, normally I would be saving for the down payment but due to the price difference, I may be able to save enough for the entire property by the time it is good to make the deal.

      Once you pay immigration health surcharge, the visa fee it will take you to either VFS global website or TLscontact website depending which country you are applying for the visa. You book your appointment at the visa centre to give passport and biometrics. Before your appointment you can upload documents

    Thank you so much for this informative video! Can you please let me know with the following: 1) for the bank statements is it ok to download them from the bank app? Or do we need to go to the bank to ask them to stamp them? 2) We got married in the uk and got the certificate here would that be enough? Or do we need to get the Apostille? 3) we are married and do not live together but plan to since I’m on the skilled worker visa what would be the evidence that would be good enough? We will Iive at my husband parent place for a while so would the letter signed by both of them be enough( saying that they are happy I will move with them and there are enough rooms etc)? Or is there anything else we can provide? There is a section before you pay the fee where it lists all the documents they’ require and they don’t say about the evidence of the relationship …As far as I can understand it’s up to us what evidence we provide?

      @HappyVisas Před 4 měsíci

      Bank statements from the app are fine (but not transactions history, must be proper statements). No need for the apostille

    Hello Philip, thanks for sharing. I was wondering if there is a possibility of a lawyer with a UK Master's degree and an MBA applying for the global talent visa under exceptional promise? How would you advise this person to go about their application and what route? They have no publications but have worked with international clients, have worked in the uk and have a recognised referee.

    Hi there, Just been watching a few of your videos the past few months and you mentioned that you could earn around a 1000 a week teaching english if your a british native. I've wanted to travel to the east i.e Russia, but with the whole cvid issue in the past it was put off would it be necessary to complete the TEFL then apply on their site or another way of doing things I don't know just throwing out some thoughts much appreciated

    • @HappyVisas
      @HappyVisas Před 4 měsíci

      If you have a sort after degree, easy to find an employer/school who will sponsor your work permit but often the pay is a lot less. English teaching qualifications are not needed but help. Being a native speaker is more important and being able to communicate

    Thank you so much for your video. It was extremely helpful! I was wondering, when they ask 'what do they earn' are they referring to the monthly income or the annual income? for example, my montly income changes a bit every month but my annual income is still the same. What should i answer in this situation? thank you!!

    • @HappyVisas
      @HappyVisas Před 5 měsíci

      The online application is poorly worded. If, every month you earned above 1550 pounds gross and if only the spouse is applying, click the first option, the same amount continuously above the financial requirements. Unless you have been with your employer less than 6 months. Then they will look at your income over the past 12 months

    Great video. I think you covered the most important things that someone like me needs to know about teaching English there. My only real concern is if l decide to live there permanently l don't want to give up my Australian citizenship. From what l have read on the internet Russia does not allow dual residency. Also some other countries pay teachers more if they have a degree. Is this the case in Russia because l only have the TEFL Certificate

    • @HappyVisas
      @HappyVisas Před 5 měsíci

      Russians allow dual nationality but in most instances you need to be married to a Russian citizen and father a child. Work Permits are easy to get if a school will sponsor your visa. They pay less because they have a lot of taxes to pay

      If you have a proper job with employment contract which is the norm in Russia, you get approximately 19 days public holidays like victory day, woman’s day etc and 28 days paid leave but 4 days are on the weekend so in reality you only 24 days paid holiday
