Couldn’t you put the vest and back defender with shirt before pants? Then attach stays and then put your pants on? This is assuming you already have it adjusted.

u can actually use shirt stays with this system if you wear the belt style shirt stay over the notches where the shirt is supposed to tuck in under the pants

Hey man...great review! I'm also a LEO, and I was looking to carry this off duty. I carry a Shield 9. Do you think it would be sufficient as a non-patrol option? Also, what size is your calf? Mine is 17", and they recommended I go up to the D size if I give it a try.

I like your belt setup brother, I dont carry as many cuffs (got one double case up front cause I like to keep things out of my back) but im definetly gonna invest in this for when im not wearing my outer carrier.

I bought this the other day and I got it in two days. Thumbs up for fast service! I just wore it for the first time today. I noticed a drastic difference. My belt felt almost weightless! I can’t speak for durability yet but it does feel pretty good. It definitely is an adjustment period (I.e putting it on and even wearing it). However, I think it is a worthwhile investment. I never regret investing in something that prevents my body from falling apart.

You need to take the punches away from the rear of your belt. That creates so much pressure points to your lower back when sitting. I have absolutely nothing on the back of my belt and made a world of difference. Even better when your on the ground fighting.

Instead of traditional shirt locks, sew on soft velcro stripes to your pants' inner side (to the beltline, but inside) and sew on prickly velcro stripes to your uniform shirt where it would contact the beltline. This way you have your shirts locked and you can use this system also.

Holy shit this is exactly what I need for work! I work in the armed security field and we gotta lug around almost the exact same stuff law enforcement does (minus the taser) and my company won't allow duty suspenders because they prevent me from being able to tuck my shirt in unless they are on the outside of my uniform shirt (which the company won't allow). Thank you for showing this awesome piece of kit for those of us who gotta lug around a bunch of stuff for a living, this is gonna save my back!

this is a pretty good review, i actually think this would be perfect for me to wear on my right calf up high cause from therre it'll put it in perfect position to grab a hold of if im driving a semi truck but still be really concealed for me.

It’s all good until..... the stomach gurgles.... and now you’re running for a code brown.... then you have to get dressed again. Lol just recently tried suspenders. They are life changing. Luckily we use the blauer outer vests. Definitely a game changer.
