I am sorry you feel like that. It's very healthy to cry. One thing I do is pep my self up and start saying well what can I do about it....cause if their is something then I should do it........and I breathe a lot and just refocus myself. I really try hard to be strong......but I do break down every once in a while......I almost made a Marine cry once during a funeral cause he could see me being strong and holding back. That could be a Good thing and a bad thing. Soni don't think it's bad to let loose but always try and think we'll what can I do to change or fix the situation. Hugs

Thank you, thank you, for sharing some of your healing story. I connected with every single element of this reading. I am a very private person, and a trauma survivor myself. CBT. And a trauma therapy/retreat I have included in my healing journey the last 3 years of my life. It was the hardest thing to go through, but helped me overall. I survived an extremely traumatic childhood and also have cPTSD. I understand the importance of wanting to be safe and secure, especially with your own family/ children. I broke the cycle of abuse in my family. I am very protective of my granddaughter. And always will be. I understood exactly what you meant by healing on your own time. It takes what it takes. I'm a survivor. I do not take things, or anyone for granted. I am grateful for where I am, and for the love and support of my children and husband. They understand when I need to take time for myself. 🦋 as for this reading, the owl reminds me of all the owl figurines I packed up from my moms this past weekend. She is in longterm care now. I grew up in, on and around the Great Lakes. The werewolf I identify with was extremely terrifying to me from my childhood. The peaches, my grandmothers nickname for me was Georgia, she had a peach tree right out her front door, i loved her so much. I found a picture of her today i thought i had lost. She was holding tomatoes from her garden. I have peaches on my tree right now, that are early and almost ripe, i thought of her again. It is 30 years this year, class reunion, some of the happiest times i had were late 80's early 90'S. With very few, but very close friends. We moved alot, and part of my early childhood I was homeless. We camped alot. So i was a tomboy. Loved nature, and appreciate everything about it. Thank you for a great reading! I related to all your comments about yourself. I am a 75 year old man and have been a cry baby all my life. I cried often while I was growing up because my dad was extremely abusive. My parents were great providers of all the material things but were not the least bit nurturing. I did not feel loved. In my adult life I have experienced too much grief. Every last one of my closest friends died during the HIV holocaust. I was in a state of grief continuously for 20+ years. I cried often. In 2021 my beloved companion, a beautiful and sweet standard poodle died. It nearly killed me. I cried every day for almost four months and sometimes non-stop for the entire day. Finally, I got a prescription for antidepressants which I took on a temporary basis until I was over the hump. Having worked 35 years in one of the most high stress professions in the world, I also want to tell you that the best stress buster for me was working out in a gym several nights per week. With regard to grief, I imagine you know that you must go through several stages of grief until you finally arrive at acceptance and gratitude for the person, pet or whatever else you lost. The great outdoors is a wonderful healer. For me the ocean is the best place for healing. For a lot of people it's the mountains. In retirement I moved to a resort town in Mexico on the Pacific ocean, a place where the mountains meet the sea. I don't plan to ever leave! I look forward to your next reading.
