    Hi there. How are you? I wanted to speak to you guys and seek advice re being a clinical nurse specialist. I'm currently working as an Band -5 Occupational Health Nurse at one of the bigger hospital Trusts here in London. I've been working there for three years and I want to start an new path beyond OH. I'm thinking of Tissue Viability (as i have previous experience in Community three years ago) and Infection Prevention Control Nurse as we are dealing with viruses and vaccinations. I'd like to pick your brains re those two and if you have any other advice for me moving forward past being an OH nurse. Many Thanks.

    His hospital cut ME off and threatened violence if I even try to visit. I cant call to ascertain his condition. This abusive hospital rules my community but there are 2 others just as v***, the abuse comes first there. I was intensely caregiving every day for nineteen years. No one helped me. Typical story I'm sure. Just as much as I know the SYSTEM owns him now and the fam. is cooperating a hundred percent in cutting me off. So I shouldn't care anymore. Only in America

      @@raghuvenkatesan6792 I have nothing against male nurses, but when people are trying to get 50% women and 50% men in every field of work it is ridiculous. Could it be that there is a reason that there are so many females in nursing? I think so. Now men are facing discrimination in STEM fields. Something has to be done about this problem.

      Historically, Nursing used to be a Male Dominant society back in ancient times until around the late 19th/20th century Women started replacing Men in Nursing and that how a industry that changing their demographics rapidly.

      @77tubuck Před 8 měsíci

      @@teambattleserver That's right and if they ever discriminate against women in nursing like they discriminate against men in stem fields it will cause a shortage of nurses. Historically women were computer programmers. Then they did a study that showed by leaving out men they were missing out a lot of good people. Now there is a shortage of computer programmers because of the discrimination men face in that field.
