You might find, with time, that memorising the ritual (or speaking from the heart) more liberating than reading, which prevents us from dropping into the states of consciousness necessary for ritual. Reading keeps the analytical mind engaged, preventing the mystical experience. In our coven/grove, memorization is key to allowing for the power to flow through. Definitely worth an experiment. I have stanard ring binder that I use as Book of Awen. Inside of binder have collage of natural things like trees, stone, some animals etc. cut from magazines. I put pages of notes from books, druids podcast and CZcams video about druidry to my binder. I like also put my artworks to my book of Awen. One of my artwork is inspired by Tea with the Druid podcast about growing wisdom it is colourful tree with words spoken in this podcast like mindfulness.

My cat is named Mia too lol 😂🐱 but she’s older and not as frisky much love and light I just subscribed to them too

Hi! I just stumbled upon your channel and it feels like fate! I have joined OBOD but haven't done much with the classes as of yet. I live in Florida but I was born and raised in SW Detroit which is why your channel caught my eye. I was looking around to try and figure out how I was going to start this journey. Like you there are very few Pagan/Druid resources/groups around these parts. I am looking forward to following your channel and hoping it gives me the incentive/guidance to get off my rear and get started!

Wow I love it! Mine is quite different. It actually opens in two directions. The front half is more like a traditional "book of shadows" with my astrology, numerology, ancestry, family tree, correspondences, wheel of the year, elements etc. The back half is my section dedicated to my OBOD studies and I really haven't started it yet. As I work through the gwersi I am flagging the things that I want to encorporate to some degree for future use. Thank you for the inspiration! I look forward to further updates

Thank you for sharing this. I have just signed up for the OBOD Bardic learning and am ‘coming home’. I am so open to experience the changes this presents to my life and look forward to a time when we are able to travel so I can join a camp.

Hi I'm glad to have found this as apart from the wonderful Danni, there's few druid content creators. I've been pagan for nearly 20 years and an OBOD member for 2. Absolutely beautiful update! Love the settle touches of colors within the book! Also your Ogham book sounds perfect as I've done that something similar with past books. I'm currently recording collective knowledge from the paths I've learned and books and adding them to my current book.
