My channel started as a place to keep videos that I didn't want to lose. Some are experimental, some are family related, some are just plain dumb. It wasn't until I stumbled upon Buckin Billy Ray Smith's channel that I realized I could help to spread a message of love, peace and kindness through my videos as well as document my life experiences. So the audience is slowing growing. My goal is to refine my cinematography and editing skills, but more than that, shift the focus away from trying to be perfect and allow the real Wayne Polcin to emerge. To not be afraid to take criticism as well as praise. The final goal being to leave a legacy of my life and of all the lives who have helped to shape mine! Thank you to all my subscribers - you are changing my life!

So it is just girdling ?!? No need to inject weed killer on the the girdled area ?!?!?!
James Hetfield becomes a repair man!
😂😂😂 Nice! I needed a good laugh. Thank you!
@@WaynePolcinthank you for the video. I have a similar GE stove. However my power boil burner gas “nozzle” is smaller than the other power boil nozzel!! So I think I need a different size nozzle to solve my low flame.
@secretjourney4815 are all the other burners operating properly? Does your range run on LP or NG? If you had to convert it, do you still have the original orifices?
@@WaynePolcin it’s Lp This is my first gas stove after 30 years of electric tops. GE JGSS86SPSS I’ve had it 6 months. The right side power boil is good, the left side power boil flame has always been, sorta low. The griddle in the middle has always been too hot even on its lowest setting. So I look down to all the nozzles. The griddle nozzle is same size as the “good” power boil nozzle. The left side power boil nozzle is smaller. I’m literally thinking the griddle nozzel should be on that left power boil spot. And put the left nozzle in the griddle. Thoughts? I wish I could just send a pic Thanks again
Send me an email and I will reply with my phone number. You can text pics to phone. My email is wpolcin@gmail.com.
With the limiter caps removed, I use a 21 spline Husqvarna/ Poulan adjustment tool and it fits right over the splined screw. A lot of folks just trim the tabs off of the limiters to get full adjustment too but I find it easier to use the splined tool.
Good morning Wayne, great to have clean water. While chocolate water might clean your system out, clean is favorable, 🎉🎉🎉
Check your spark arrestor to make sure it is not clogged with carbon
Maverick is beautiful!
Thanks. He was a lucky find. He’s been easy to train so far. He’s great around kids and adults - gentle as a lamb.
Glad to see how you change your filter, it went well. I had to replace the o ring on mine last time
Have a whole house filter and an under sink filter, one on the refrigeratror for water and ice. Considering a better under sink filter that will remove pathogens ... nice vid WP, that filter is twice the size as my whole house filter, I change it once a month. Take care out there and have a good one! Hey de doodie to Suz the Q!
I should change mine monthly too. Amazon sends me a filter every two months, but I always seem to procrastinate and it ends up being every quarter. They're starting to stack up. I forgot to put a picture of my 4-stage RO system in the video. I think the RO membrane is good for 7 years or whenever you stop getting flow through it. I was telling Angie K. that prior to living here, I would have to clean our coffee maker monthly and every now and then I would have to tear it apart for deep cleaning or simply replace. I have not touched our current coffee maker in the three years we've been living at Heartwood. It still works like new. As always, my friend, it's great to hear from you. Stay kind!
Informative as usual 😊😊😊 thanks!!
Just what the world needs, more information, ey?
@@WaynePolcin Good information is always needed!! 😊
Great vid, Wayne! I want to add a whole house filter on my water inlet, and a few smaller micron filters in line as well. As I'm in a mobile home, I'll use the wall in the back room for installation. Our water is so hard, it kills a coffee make every 3 months (unless I use spring water for coffee). When I'm ready to build it, I'll call you up and get your guidance 🙂 Love you you both. Peace.
I remember having to either replace the coffee makers or tear them apart to clean them. We have been using the same coffee maker for over three years without ever cleaning it. What a difference filtered water makes. I’m looking forward to helping you with your install. Love and peace to you too!
Wow!! Never cease to amaze me. You are so knowledgeable! Even if it is something you know little about, you figure it out. I always question everything, but never advice from you!! ❤
You have the same genes, dear daughter! Don’t doubt yourself! Love you!
Here's a topic I have never talked about, but is very important, especially to first time homeowners. Thanks for watching my videos all the way to the end. It really helps me and Suzie to keep putting out content. Please Like, Comment and Subscribe. Stay Kind!
Good evening Wayne, maybe if you practice with your truck Maverick will be enticed to use them since he won't be able to just climb in the cab.
That’s another great idea Terry! I’ll give it a shot.
Awesome video. I have a travel trailer and I don't have a BCC, but I stumbled on this video and it is so good, I had to watch the whole thing. Your explanations and pace are perfect! If I never use this information myself, I maybe able to use it to help someone else (giving you full credit of coarse) Thank you very much.
Well, I have to say this is the most impressive and encouraging comment I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!
Heartland ? Is that the project 2025 team ?
What a waist of my time when in a hurry to fix my mower. Dude loves to hear himself talk
Haha, you got me figured out. I love to read the comments too. The nice thing about CZcams is that you can skip any part of a video you don’t like. I love reading my own replies too. I hope you were able to get your mower fixed. Stay kind my friend!
😂😂😂you are so cute thinking your going to get him up those stairs!! You must have named Maverick for a reason??? I'm thinking it's because he does his own thing his own way!!! Your heart is the right place 😊 and the stairs are really nice and handy!! But dogs will be dogs and will do what you least expect at times😊😊. In the future there will most likely come a time when Maverick or YOU will want to use them . Keep us updated on his progress!!! And have fun!!!
FYI, our training session today was awesome. He actually used the stairs. This is while on a leash but just give me a few more sessions an and he’ll look like a natural stair lover! He’s still a Maverick but I’m more stubborn than he is. 😂😂
@@WaynePolcin Let's see how stubborn you are 😁😁😁
my dogs did the same thing with some ramp training
I’m sure. It takes a lot of practice. Maverick is getting better at it. I’ll update you with another video soon.
We may have his sister, who is also a hot mess 😂
I think everyone thinks they have his sister. A "hot mess" seems to be a common trait among this breed. Unless you seriously think she is his sister. Do you live in northeastern Ohio?
Just started rebuilding vintage electronics, big thanks for the knowledge 🙏
Where did you get that staircase out of curiosity?

@@WaynePolcin THANK YOU 🙏!
Does the shock collar even work on him? I read due their extra fur and skin around the neck that they don’t work on the breed. I haven’t tried on my dog because of this.
It works if you use the longer probes and trim the fur on their neck. You also need to tighten the collar until you can only fit one or two fingers between the collar and the neck. It’s important not to keep the collar on them for more than 12 hours to prevent skin irritation. I set the shock level so that I can see him react but not yelp. Since I always associate a harsh “NO” with the shock, I very seldom have to use the shock mode. He responds to no every time. I trained him to come to me when he hears the bell function so now I can loosen the collar and use it as a “come home” call.
Maverick was training you 😂 Hahahahah Love dogs, they love unconditionally and love to make us laugh out loud. Hey Suzie, most of us love seeing your smiling face, so don't be camera shy 👍 Wayne, eventually Maveric will get it. Love you both, and hugs for the critters too (maybe even Glen) Peace
Oh boy, do I have a story to tell you about Glenn. I don’t t want to go into in this comment, but since you brought it up, I’ll text you privately, before I put it in a video.
@@WaynePolcin I can't wait LOL
I gut laughed 😂 when u tried to get him to go up the steps and he ended up going onto the seat and looked at you like what is he doing? I’m fine up here… ya can lead a horse to water…. Treats and time you will get him to be comfortable with the steps WP. Have a good one and hey to Suz the q!
It struck me the same way when he defied me and casually climbed into the front seat. I was almost in tears from laughter. I know he’ll eventually get it cuz he did the same thing the first time I tried to get him into the front seat to ride with me. Now he can’t wait to go for a ride. The only time he needs to be in the back is when Suzie rides with me so he has to learn.
Teach Maverick to drive the 4 wheeler and you can ride in the back. 🤣He'll get the idea just give him some time.
Haha, he definitely outsmarted me. He probably already knows how to drive the machine.
Couldn't stop laughing. Same procedure I went through the first couple times I was putting my father-in-laws bull mastiff (90 lbs) into the back of his Acadia. Too old to jump in. My body called me names after I lifted him up and down the first times. Got an 8 foot ramp that folds up. Dog wanted nothing to do with it. Finally, got a harness with a handle and was able to train him. Fun to watch another member of the I Don't Know What I'm Doing Club get put through his paces.
You nailed it Mike. I thought it would be easy but little did I know I was gonna be made the fool. Haha!
I couldn’t stop laughing, you can ride in the back and Maverick and Suzie can sit up front 😅
Haha, I’m sure that’s what he was saying to me. I even have steps to climb up easily. 😂
But I ride just fine in the front seat, lol😂
That’s exactly the look he had on his face as he sat staring at me. I’m such an idiot, 😂😂
@@WaynePolcin have the same problem with both our pups. They will ride all day in the truck but want no part of being in the back of the Gator
We're on a roll now my friends. It's another Maverick video, I know. The honeymoon will end soon, I'm sure. But I hope you still enjoy this video. Please like, comment and subscribe. Stay kind!
That was excellent. I had mentioned a climbing rigging video. A detailed explanation of what you did in rigging your rope and harness would be great. If you are thinking about what video you could do. 😊
That’s an old video. Thanks for bringing back great memories. Another good idea from the Terry White machine! I’ll put that in the list too! Love you brother!
Nothing like being trained by a professional, ❤❤❤.
Yeah, he doesn’t have an ego does he!
I'll have to remember that warm up exercise routine, bouncing the wood, that would get you warmed up, muscles relaxed, 🎉🎉🎉.
Hahaha, yeah if you can master the log bounce technique, you’ll go far in this life!
Good morning Wayne, I didn't remember you was in the USAF. I went in 83. Thank you for your service.
Same to you Terry. What bases were you assigned to?
@@WaynePolcin Altus OK, SAC
Girdling stimulates the production of many rhizomes, which will not be inhibited in their growth by the girdling of the parent tree. Ailanthus is strongly invasive, and requires extensive effort to remove. I have cut Aila thus trees down, left them without contact with soil, and they tried to regrow the following spring from the felled trees. I did treat the stump with a 50/50 mix of spent diesel crankcase oil and triclopyr. The soot in the oil helps to deliver the goods, and i can see ehich stumps were treated later. Contact with the sap of this plant has been followed by severe dermatitis symptoms, sometimes requiring hospitalization and treatment with steroids for some workers.
It sounds like you really know the topic well. I have found that the basal herbicide method is the most effective if you can afford to leave the tree standing until it dies on the stump. I have never seen reactionary sucker spawning using that method. I only use a 4% concentration of Triclopyr to diesel fuel. Thanks for information about the dermatological reaction. Great comment!
Great idea . Thank you for your service.
Great idea Mike and thanks for another video Wayne. Hello Suzie
Hey Mike! Suzie says hi!
KISS idea, great suggestion Mike. Have a good one WP and Suz the Q.
Good idea Mike! Go Air Force veterans :) (74 to 78)

@@WaynePolcin Love you right back 🙂 Hug Suzie for me
Glad it works!
It’s slick for sure and low cost!
That works pretty slick!😎 And your dogs swimming pool is cool too! 😎😎
I put the tub out when we first got him and just waited until he stepped into it on his own. Then I added the tennis ball and let him play on his own. The secret to training him is to show him what you want him to do and then take the time to let him discover it on his own. At first, he wouldn’t come near the side by side, now he loves to ride with me.
Don't go into shock! Yep. It's another video in less than two months! Thanks for joining me here. You know the drill. Please comment, like and subscribe. Stay Kind!

Yet another project scratched off the never ending list😂
Yep. The dang tarp has been laying in my basement for a month. Hmm, what's next?
Things are coming around at Heartwood... nice little project. 👍🏻🔥👊🏼🧡
Yeah, it’s beginning to feel more like a home than a project.
Nice job. Thinking: consider drilling in hole in the tube walls at each end. Hook one end of the bunjee cord there and the other in the chain link at the desired height.
Hey Mike. We’re thinking alike. I got the same idea today.
Good to see you again,Wayne. Good idea on how to keep Maverick comfortable and dry. Say hi to Suzie for us. As always blessings to you all.
Hey Wango! How’s retirement treating you? Are you getting all Sue’s projects done?
@@WaynePolcin I'm saying busy fixing things I've, been putting off, the truck needed some love along with the camper, Keeping up with yard and garden work. Repaired a barn door today, along with getting some wood cut. Haven't had time to miss my old job and my stress level is lower. Yep I'm loving it.
You guys look great together!! Now you'll have a happy and dry dog to keep you company 😊😊 Give him a hug for me!!
Hi Tami! You got it. He sends a sloppy lick back to you 😂
Hi Wayne! Loving Maverick. Great dog. On another note, a cat I recently adopted likes to walk in front of me. But she's smaller and Maverick, so I have to be careful not to just step on her. Beautiful dog, Wayne.
Haha! At least I don’t have to worry about stepping on Maverick. One day he cut in front of me so quickly that I tripped head-over-heals and landed flat on my back. He thought I was playing and started wrestling me on the ground. I’m getting too old for that kind of play.
Good afternoon Wayne, Maverick looks like a maverick. Great to see you again. Nice video. Terry ❤🎉❤
