Yeah! I really don't get the reason for the complaints most of the time. You're probably right, Erin wouldn't really care, but it would be interesting to figure out what she would put in it, especially, if we think of pokemon existing within the Inn world, Erin might have to care because it's not a game, it's real life right? But how much would she care and what pokemon would work for her? I think she'd end up with some that remind her of her friends. It's hard to come up with unique video ideas, and then on top of that it's hard to climb the giant, ever growing mountain that is TWI. So I understand why most content related to it is book reviews, but man, I really wish more things existed for it. I rarely see any fan art videos or animations or theory crafting and I feel like it's ripe for the taking just outside my wheelhouse. If you do shorts, only do them while you enjoy doing them, don't worry about sticking around till the end. Just do it while it's fun. Thanks for commenting again!

I get what you're saying, but that's not really how that is decided. Shonen is not a genre, it's a demographic. The light novel technically isn't a shonen actually, it's a YA novel, but the manga adaptation is published in a shonen magazine, so that's why I said the series was a shonen in the magazine.

I don't think he is actually, Optimus does gauge out one of his eyes, but when he wakes later, I think he has both eyes. Can't remember though, but we see him be able to reattach his arm, so I'm sure he healed his eye at some point.

Thanks for the great comment once again! It's nice that it will be it's own event, I wasn't aware. I'll remember the little town is Lost Knob. I live in Texas, and I think that they are having some event in Cross Plains at the beginning of June this year so I might end up driving down to it. It'll be interesting to see it.

@@HobbiesofaMan Yes, that's Howard Days! You should definitely come check it out. I've been going every year for nearly 15 years now. A lot of us hardcore REH guys are regulars. There are panels, vendors, gaming, etc. Jim's Zub is coming this year for the first time.

What day do you recommend I go on if I can only make it down once that weekend. I don't have to pay a ticket for anything right? As for the actual content of your comment, I'm not sure to what part of the video you are referring to, is it when I talk about the seraglio? Or when I talk about Belit being the goddess to the pirates? In general, I agree, the fictional worlds created by authors don't need to be constrained by real world values, but we as readers can definitely dislike them because they don't match them. I didn't criticize the book, I said that I disliked an aspect of it because of something specific that a character does and I understand why it happened, I don't hate Belit or REH for it, I just mildly dislike it and quickly was able to move on from it.

it's a single trade at this point, so it's definitely doable if you want to, but I recommend you get a used or digital copy. If you want a physical copy though, I think you need to thank about a few things: 1. Are you a big fan of Mirka Andolfo? 2. Do you like gothic/supernatural stories? 3. If the story isn't amazing, will your enjoyment or Andolfo's art be good enough for you to not feel like you wasted money? If your answer to at least two of these is 'yes', then I think you should get it, if it not, you might want to wait it out for later.

Yeah, I hope it gets a good adaptation at some point too. Don't get this at full price though, try to find it at a discount. Thanks for watching and commenting!
