Bad design construction on this one. The bed should be at the back, to allow for leaving it set up, should the dining/sitting area not be needed, and/or to air the bedding out every now and then. No interest thank you, i'll search elsewhere. Pity, coz the outside dimensions would have been right for my needs.

It's the same reason why in a sales office they always get the potential buyer to read the price rather than they speak it to you. You don't feel invaded. It's basic human politics
