Intake Manifold Runner Control Fix - 2015-17 F150 (P2004, P2005, P2006, P2015)
Hey y'all, I've discovered this is a dreaded check engine light from Ford guys. These newer F150s have these intake manifold runners known to break at some point in the truck's lifetime. It can be a hefty bill to replace the entire intake manifold, but unfortunately, Ford has designed it that way. Please watch till the end of the video to SAVE yourself THOUSANDS of dollars $$$!

Awesome Installation video, you used the same procedure i did, utilize the actual (original factory molding) to install my rockfords without spending extra money for mounting braces.. My added touch was to apply all weather silicone on the speaker and modified bracket to make the system air tight!! Kudos for an awesome selection of speakers and a thorough install Vid!!!!!!😇🤜🤛👍😎

Mine is same but with carven r and side exit in front of rear wheel
I have to chime in..if you all look at the A/C drain plug..it leaks directly onto the negative cable and the cloth wheel well cover, soaking it and the ground point directly underneath. I used the hose from a siphon tool with a clamp to extend it away from the cable.

the original speakers in my scirocco dont look too bad...but throw any bass into them and they sound distorted and boomy. got some focal insides in the doors now on a high end alpine headunit.
I always keep job applications and a pen ready to be filled out in the glovebox, no one ever dared to broke into my car.

@@hunterrwiilson I suggest you to leave your vehicle unlocked, don't keep any valuables inside, not even a phone cord charger, no change in the ashtray either. Remove the tint of your vehicle, (all the tint) print a sing in a few words, minimalist and easy to be read even by the lowest scumbag crawling the neighborhood and placed in plain view, windshield... Side windows, etc ... This way you'll be less likely to have your car broke in, or at least you'll avoid any future bills, one way, or another they get in if there's a reason. Don't keep food if there are rats living in your area...
What did you do about the engine light for the o2 sensors once the headers went on without the cats?

@@ryanrandle9360 thanks Ryan! Yeah man this sub and amp have been absolutely perfect for what I wanted an a daily basis. It’s subtle when you want it, and opens up when you turn the knob forward. Definitely recommend JL AUDIO to anyone!

I realize this is an older video - but there's Nuthin' wrong with Added NEW Grounds to help with those electrical issues. Engine Grounding using 4gauge OFC is Very optimal in these instances.

This is Dangerous!! Mine shut off on me a few times. I tried cleaning up the ground at the bottom and did the one in the dash. It didn't cut out for a while but did the other day. I decided just to replace the whole cable. Im surprised GM doesn't offer a recall for this issue. Someone could get seriously injured if you turning at a light or on the interstate
It's incredibly dangerous and I do wish GM said something about it. This isn't a light issue. But I also took it upon myself to clean the connections inside the distribution box on top of the battery. Ever since I've been fine. I've also heard of others who have replaced the cable and it seemed to have done the trick.
I'm curious to hear all the reviews on these Headers and Y Pipe. Main thing is that they fit without any modifications and they line up w factory/aftermarket cat back exhaust. price comparison from $600 to the ARH Long Tubs for $2100.
I've found nothing but good reviews of these headers. They fit perfectly; if I had an aftermarket/factory bolt-on exhaust, it would have been an easy bolt-on situation. I chose my route because I had a custom exhaust from the start. Speed Engineering seems to be a solid, cheaper, option than TSP or ARH.

My 2017 gmc sierra lost all electricity few hours ago, Two days after having my windshield changed... do they remove those plastic pieces when doing that job ? if so it might be my problem.... My wheels/tire were also replace two weeks ago, So I'll check both of those ground this weekend, Thanks for the info, it's really appreciated....
I found my problem... indeed the battery has been disconnected few days ago when they replaced the windshield...... In my differents test, I took my boosting cable, plug it on my neg pole and the other side on the frame... All light came up... It started right up..... My neg cable was starting to be corroded and they didn't tight it enough.... A new cable is ordered, for more safety................. I'm really lucky it happened in my driveway............

Are you still running the same setup or have you decided that you would like to add the Corsa resonator? Just curious as to what it might sound like. Can't seem to find a single video with a Corsa sport muffler and either the Corsa resonator or the factory resonator installed.
Still has the same setup. Since I put long tube headers on my Sierra, this exhaust isn't nearly as loud as in comparison. So I'll stick with it the way it is for now

No worries! Yes it is. 3" V-clamp and back from the factory disconnect after the Y-pipe

I had same setup headers 3” catless y pipe and borla ATAK. Ended up taking it off. But people told me to buy a vibrant resonantor to tame it down. Also if you run e85 its louder

Dude this is perfect but use a bottle jack or similar to help compress the bushings. I put a jack on the bottom of the bolt and just eased the bolt up enough to get the but to catch (then proceeded like you did). Both sides took me 30 minutes total.

It's very tolerable with this setup. I loved the way this setup sounded. I recently installed long tube headers and now she's a little too rowdy to be a daily lol

Same issue. I got a size 10 wrench to fit in the speaker hole and from there I loosened and tightened it back up. Removed that foam shit from around and underneath

@@brysongath6385 the brake/turn signal bulbs are the “7443 7444 Red CanBus LED Bulbs Turn Signal Brake Tail Lights | Error Free Anti Hyper Flash, T3 Series Upgraded Version | 2 Bulbs.” When you use the link again Just look up LEDs and select the brake/turn signals and then find the bulbs I described above!

I honestly think my Dynomax race bullet sounds better. I almost went with this muffler but I don’t have headers. And they sound way better with headers in my opinion. Sounds good though bro.
The issue with the bolt not clearing the shock is much easer to do that you've shown here. Place jack underneath lower control arm and jack it up, thats how i did mine and worked great.

Thank you! But it'll all depend on what setup you have, I have a 2.5" leveling kit, so unless you have the same setup measuring won't help much. The 305/70/20 tires are about 34.5" tall if that helps any
