We are in Michigan I would love to surprise him I can get him to traverse City or Frankfort Marina I don't need to go on the boat but if we could hook something up for him I have multiple sclerosis and he is my caregiver and constantly does stuff for me all the time day in and day out plus he still works full-time and he's pushing 70 and he loves loves loves to fish this would blow his mind we have family that owns property on Crystal lake also we love staying at the little cottages just in front of the marina and Frankfort Michigan if we could hook something up for him That would be so awesome it would blow his mind anything you guys could do to help me get him a day out salmon fishing would be awesome if you're in the area I would really appreciate it. Thank you I just got out of the hospital 5 weeks for my multiple sclerosis flare up I know he could use a break Thanks in advance for anything you may be able to help me out with.

What is this lake called?

Nice video guys. Live fishing the lower for smallies. I fish the gorge from shore in summer and notice the fish get smaller as you get to end of July, and mostly seem to disappear by Oct even from the slower deeper spots. Any thoughts as to where they go? Are they dropping to the bottom of the lower in the slack water downstream from Artpark?

I took a bus trip in 2000 when I first retired. It was September and me being a solo got set up with a bass fisherman. I have been a musky guy since 75 and sure enough he catches a 41 inch musky casting for bass .😮 I did catch a 34 inch northern casting for musky, but never caught one. The main I didn't like was my accomadations was a one room with walls so thin you could hear the guys next door fart 🥴

That's what I call fun! I love being one of the few on a body of water and catching a variety of fish with minimal distractions and or gear....Kind of feels like treasure hunting and when you find success on a lesser known or lesser used body of water it's so satisfying. Smiles all day long!

My biggest walleye up there was over 11 and biggest smalley was a tad over 8. Biggest small mouth I’ve ever seen. They were both late summer fish
